What Did Devonport - Auckland - NZ - Look Like in 1882?

The Takapuna Golf Course was once the Curtis market garden:

(27 Northcote Road, Takapuna, North Shore, Auckland)

As you can see in the map above, the market garden where they lived on Northcote Road is close to Lake Pupuke.

Footage: DJI Phantom 3 - Drone Warriors The Curtis family lived close to this lake, they visited often.

Mr William Cobley, (my Great Granddad) introduced fish into this lake as a donation.
